Yoga Day Retreats

Full day retreats include movement practises, different styles of yoga – vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga and somatic movement practices. Through different practices we can open up new neural pathways known as Neuroplasticity.

The retreats are a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and learn different tools to help when we feel stressed or overwhelmed.

During the retreats we have plenty time to pause and slow down. Mindfulness based stress reduction practices and nature walks are part of the day retreats.
Retreats are held at different locations however many of the retreats are held at Thirlestane castle in Lauder, Scottish Borders.

Delicious foods and refreshments are provided and all dietary requirements are catered for.
