About

a

A gentle reminder to slow down, take a moment to check in, pause. Can you roll out the welcome mat for what is present?. Yoga mindful movement would like to remind you there is no end goal to the practice of yoga or mindfulness meditation, only an opportunity to become more curious and open to each moment that unfolds.

More about me and what I offer

I teach vinyasa and mobility flow classes, yin and mindfulness classes weekly at professionals for health in Lauder. Classes included nervous system regulation practices, restorative yoga and somatic movement practices. I also run regular workshops and retreats.

Mindful movement is so important to me as a yoga practitioner and teacher, my classes and workshops often have a focus on Anatomy of the body and nervous system.  I run retreats in the Scottish Borders, full day retreats exploring vinyasa yoga yin yoga, walking meditations , mindfulness, stress reduction, somatic practice’s and sound baths.
