Yoga brunch events throughout the year – these events include a movement style practice in the morning, vinyasa and mobility flow. A delicious brunch and pressed juices, followed by and afternoon workshop. Each yoga brunch event throughout the year includes different afternoon workshops.
Students get to experience guided meditations and deep relaxation and stress reduction techniques. Underfloor heating at the studio along with mats and props are provided on the day.
A day to focus on your health and wellbeing. Space and time to drop into the body, move, breathe and connect.
